This Feb's Harvard Business Review has an article on how to be an authentic leader. It says, imagine yourself as a house, and all different roles in your life as different rooms in the house.
An authentic leader dares to tear down all the walls and still be the same person in each different room.
In the end, my goal is to integrate all my life, and retain a sense of being myself.
Instead of letting the world shaping me, I will be shaping the world.
