Friends sometimes asked me why I move to Amazon.
Aside from the corner window office and the money, I like the company's strategy and vision. Here is a recently slashdotted article comparing Amazon's Hardware as a Service strategy to Google's adSense.

Yes, I just didn't know it will be raised from 6th floor to 15th floor in less than a year.
ReplyDeleteBTW, at today's toastmaster meeting, a speaker talked about a architecture design book called "A Pattern Language" (http://www.amazon.com/Pattern-Language-Buildings-Construction-Environmental/dp/0195019199)
According to the book, having natural light coming from two sides than one side will improve the mood and productivity in the office.
