Today's NYT reports the openning of a high-end shopping complex (namely Omotesando Hills) at Harajuku. One shopper was quoted to say,"And there are a lot of expensive things that only hillzoku can afford". The author went on to explain that "hillzoku" refers to people who live in Roppongi Hills, an apartment complex for the wealthy.
So there you have a well-defined word that Google hasn't quite indexed yet.
BTW, it is funny to notice that the openning was on Feb 11, and today is Feb 15, which means with all the high-tech gizmos, News from Japan still took 4 days to reach US mainstream media.
